June has been a busier month than usual for Agchem ordering, due to the cold May which stopped crops in their tracks. Spray ordering has now caught up.
We have seen CF releasing Nitrogen prices which, as expected were on the high side. Granular Urea and Nitram are mirroring each other cost wise and we believe this trend will continue until it reaches a peak. Liquid pricing should be released mid June and will fall in line with the Nitrogen and Urea pricing.
Autumn seed pricing should be released this month with a few new OSR varieties and W Wheat and Barleys to look at. Your agronomist will have some information on the new varieties.
